At LookSewCute, each item is made to order using professional-grade equipment and 18+ years of experience. We take pride in creating beautiful garments for your little one’s special moments, including promotions, graduations, and homecomings. As a military family, we understand that plans can change. Our current turnaround time is stated on Etsy (shipping time not included). If you need your item sooner than 30 days, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and stay in touch if dates change. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
**Quality Materials & Sizing Information**
We use premium, high-quality cotton and untreated authentic uniform materials. Please note that handmade clothing differs from ready-to-wear, store-bought clothing. Be sure to measure your child and compare their measurements to the provided sizing chart. If you need any customizations, such as added length, we’re happy to assist.
**Customization Options**
All our items are made to order, and we’re happy to accommodate changes in fabric placement, length, or even style. Please message us with your customization requests before ordering, so we can provide an accurate turnaround time (TAT) as some changes may extend production time. We also offer additional camouflage fabric options.
**Shipping & Care Instructions**
We ship via USPS/FedEx. Once an item has left our possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we no longer offer local pick-up due to our relocation and temporary housing situation.
**Care Instructions:** Wash cold and hang or lay flat to dry.
**Returns:** We do not accept returns on custom items with name tapes or specific measurements.
